Terms of Service
By using COMBO, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human. Read them once and you're set.
1. Who we are
COMBO ("we", "us", "our") is an AI boxing coach app available at getcombo.app, app.getcombo.app, and via the iOS App Store and Google Play. Contact: hello@getcombo.app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use COMBO. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. COMBO involves physical activity — you should be in reasonable health to use it. If you're unsure, talk to a doctor first.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe
- You're responsible for all activity on your account
- One person, one account — no sharing
- Provide accurate information when signing up
4. Subscriptions, free trial, billing
COMBO offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription will renew automatically at the price shown at signup ($9.99/month or $49.99/year, plus applicable taxes), unless you cancel.
- Cancel anytime from your account settings (or via Apple/Google subscription management if you subscribed through the app)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access until then
- Refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on where you subscribed. We don't process refunds directly
- Founders pricing means: if you subscribe before our public price increase, your renewal price stays the same as long as your subscription remains active without interruption
- Price changes — we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change
5. What you can do
Use COMBO for personal, non-commercial training. Have fun. Get better. Climb the leaderboard.
6. What you can't do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the app or our APIs
- Cheat — manipulate pose data, automate sessions with bots, or game the leaderboard
- Use COMBO for any illegal purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app or its content
- Create accounts using fake identities or for someone else without their consent
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users (in any future social features)
7. Health and safety disclaimer
COMBO is an AI-powered training app, not medical advice. We don't replace a coach, doctor, or physical therapist. Boxing involves physical strain — you train at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything wrong, and consult a medical professional. We are not liable for injuries sustained while using COMBO.
8. Your content
You own your performance data, Fighter Cards, and any sessions you record. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this data only to operate the service (run the AI, show your stats, sync across devices). We don't sell your data. We don't use raw video for any purpose other than the live pose-tracking that runs on your device.
If you opt in to sharing anonymized pose data for AI improvement, you can revoke that opt-in at any time in Settings.
9. Intellectual property
COMBO, the Fighter Card system, all logos, designs, code, and AI models are owned by us. You get a personal license to use the app while your account is active — that's it. No transfer of ownership.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms (cheating, harassment, illegal use). We'll give you notice unless the violation is severe or legally requires immediate action.
11. Service availability
We aim for 99%+ uptime but we can't promise zero downtime. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures (Cloudflare, Apple, Google) may occasionally interrupt service. We don't owe you compensation for short outages.
12. Disclaimers
COMBO is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the app is bug-free, perfectly accurate, or right for your specific goals. Your Fighter Card score is an estimate based on the AI's interpretation of your movement — it's not a medical or athletic certification.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to COMBO is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email/SMS and a notice on getcombo.app at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using COMBO after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Zurich, unless your local consumer protection law gives you a different right (in which case that law also applies).
